Our flights were delayed, so we needed to stay the night in Zagreb. They accepted a late reservation and late check-in, and the customer service was great. It was very clean and comfortable for a night between travels, with a convenient location near the airport.

I stayed at this hotel for a lot of days, and my opinion is simple: SUPER rooms, SUPER landlords, SUPER clean. It's near the supermarket and the airport. If you need anything, just ask the owner at any time and they will definitely make it happen.

The owner is very good, and it's a good place to stay.

There were ants all over the floor, and it hadn't been vacuumed or washed. The towels need replacing too. The room does have what you need for a one-night stay, but it was very dirty.

Everything was new, clean, and warm, and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
