My visits to Tim involved two very different kinds of service. The young waiter who looked after us first was patient, professional, kind, and always smiling. He clearly knows how to treat guests, and it made a real difference to the experience. Later, I asked for a short macchiato in a large cup with the milk on the side. The waitress looked surprised and made faces, then brought me an extended macchiato instead. I felt awkward about sending it back, but paying for a drink I hadn't ordered wasn't pleasant. More than the mix-up, it was her way of communicating and seeming uninterested that bothered me. Mistakes happen, but how guests are treated matters. With waiters as good as the young man, it's a shame that inconsistent service can affect the impression of the place.

The guys at TIM bar deserve a shout-out. It's got that relaxed, homey feel that's just right for your first coffee in the morning. And they brew it so well, absolutely perfect. Great job, guys! 🤩🤩🤩
