Apartmani Ivan V RELAX

Our boy learned to swim in Ivan's pool, which was great. We also used this as a base for day trips to zadar, šibenik, krka national park and skradin, all beautiful places. The location is peaceful, and it’s an easy drive of just under 2 kilometers to large markets or a busy beach. There are good restaurants nearby too. The place felt like home and had what we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils. Our room worked well for two adults and two small children. Ivan is a warm, thoughtful host who looked after us throughout the holiday. If you don’t speak the same language, WhatsApp is the easiest way to chat with him. He answered our questions and gave recommendations whenever we asked. 5/5.

Everything we needed was there, and the facilities were lovely. The host was really nice too.

HORRIBLE, to put it mildly. The accommodation was dirty, in poor condition and full of shortcomings. There was no hot water unless you let it run for half an hour before taking a shower. A very, very bad experience with this owner.

The apartment looked fine in the profile photos, but it was nothing like that in person. Wires hung from the hallway ceiling into the apartment and were visible throughout. The sink was so tiny I had to wash one hand at a time, and the toilet seat was half rotten, as if it could fall off any moment. The place was dirty and untidy. There was just one air conditioner for the whole apartment, and it couldn’t cool all the rooms. The stove was covered in scale and didn’t work. No mosquito screens meant mosquitoes came in when we opened the windows. We even had lizards inside, if you can call that lucky. The host acted crazy about everything, seemed not to care, and wouldn’t give our money back. If you want a holiday in hell, this is the apartment for you.
