The beach is close, and the pine trees give you plenty of shade. The owners are very friendly and ask what you need, which I think is the bare minimum when renting a place at the rate we paid. We didn’t have air conditioning, and nobody told us it was charged separately, with the charge added to the card. We paid that much per day for the first time, and still had no AC. The apartment’s supplies were very sparse for six people. There wasn’t even a place to make coffee. The terrace stayed in the sun and was too hot, so for the first year we ate most lunches inside. Our eldest son slept almost on the floor because the bed kept collapsing as the slats fell out. For context, he weighs 60kg, not 100kg. We couldn’t properly darken the shutters in the big room either. The terrace light didn’t work, so we baked twice using our phone flashlights.

The landlord was helpful and friendly, and they sorted out our questions and any problems. The furnishings are older, though still in good shape. Our ground-floor unit had a washer, AC, two bathrooms, and a kitchen with enough equipment. We also had a shady spot to park in the courtyard. The location is ideal, right by the beach.

The owners are really nice. We stayed in a 4+1 apartment, with a sofa bed in the kitchen. There are three bathrooms, plus a washer and a kitchen equipped with gas and electric stovetops and an electric oven. The equipment was good. There’s AC, but cooling the room by the door was a real challenge because it’s around the corner. The big sunny terrace was lovely, but there was nowhere to get out of the sun until evening. We were up around half past nine, so some blinds would help. There’s another terrace off the kitchen that stays shaded all day and looks onto the street, but there’s nowhere to sit. A little table and folding chairs would make it a nice spot for breakfast.
