We loved having the rocky beach right by the house. It was smooth underfoot and had few people. The balcony looked out over the bay, and the apartment was just like the photos. The owners had clearly decorated it with care and attention to detail. We liked it so much we hardly went to any other beaches. The host was warm and pleasant.

The owners were genuinely kind and made us feel at home straight away. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully taken care of, so our stay was easy and comfortable. Bay House Rosohotnic has sweeping views over the beautiful bay and its clear blue water, with lush scenery all around. The place has really stayed with me. It felt like a little paradise for the senses and the soul.

Mr. Ivan's place was wonderful. The apartment is beautifully decorated, and the whole setting is lovely. We had everything we needed, surrounded by beautiful nature. The owners are great and always available with advice or help. I'll definitely return. Lp

I've stayed in Basina several times, always somewhere different, and Bay House Rosohotnica is easily the best place I've tried. The house has six apartments, laid out thoughtfully so each one has its own entrance and terrace, with no one looking onto anyone else's terrace. The owner and his wife are fantastic hosts, always available. We'll definitely be back. Five stars, and then some!
