This lovely family-run hotel went beyond what we expected. The owner was kind, attentive and flexible throughout, even letting us check in early, which we really appreciated. You can see her care in the details. The whole hotel was spotless, and breakfast was a real highlight. It's only a few minutes' walk from the beach, with parking available on site. The restaurant run by the owner and her husband deserves a mention too, both the food and service were outstanding. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in this little gem of Croatia. The place has what you need, with comfortable beds, enough space and a friendly welcome. The host was warm and suggested lots of places to visit. There are pans, glasses and cutlery, and the windows look onto a lovely street with shutters. The air conditioning works in one of the bedrooms. Vrsar is a lovely small town, a short walk from beautiful beaches and bars, and Rovinj is a picturesque boat trip away. It gave us a lovely feel for the intimacy of small towns. We highly recommend it. Thank you.

The location worked really well for getting to nearby places like porec, and vrsar's center was about a 10-minute walk away. There was plenty of free parking, set back from busy traffic. Our room was at the top of the hotel, with a shower tucked into the bedroom corner, which we'd never seen before. We stayed two nights, slept in incredibly comfortable beds, and enjoyed the large balcony. The people were very nice, and breakfast was a good way to start the day.

The view looks toward the old town, and the food at "Kod Dalmoša Stipeta" has a story behind it. Stipe, the owner and chef, is something of a local hero in Vrsar, a Dalmatian who fell in love and moved to Istria. You can try fresh Croatian specialties and Dalmatian food here without leaving Istria.
