We paid the full amount after booking a month ahead, but when we arrived, no one was there. Calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages all went unanswered. With nowhere else in the city that we could book, we ended up sleeping on the street. A complete disaster and a huge disappointment. Avoid this place.

It was a decent stay, though nothing stood out. We’d booked a room with one bed for a couple, but were given two separate beds instead.
