Apartments Milin

The beach is only 20 steps from the Milin apartment, so you can wake up to the waves. It’s a quiet area, yet everything you need is nearby. In just 10 minutes from the apartment you can hear and see the famous Sea Organ and the Sun Salutation. The apartment is sparkling clean, and the location is great. The hosts are so kind and accommodating. They’re available for recommendations or advice whenever you need them, while still being discreet and unobtrusive. I love it here and will always be happy to return. That lavender and sea smell, with the birds chirping, is wonderful. A clear 10 for everything, and I highly recommend it to everyone ❤️

Though small, the apartment had everything we needed and was spotless. They even changed the towels and kitchen linens during the week. The owner and her parents were incredibly kind and available whenever we needed something. At 10:30 PM, when our car battery gave out, they came to help straight away despite the late hour. There’s a lovely shared garden, and the owner gave us tomatoes, basil, figs, and their own olive oil from the garden. All delicious. The area is convenient too: a supermarket is a three-minute walk away, the newsstand is almost right outside, and both paved and rocky beaches are within five minutes. Restaurants are easy to reach on foot, and the bus stop for downtown Zadar is practically across the street. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The welcome was warm, and our host spoke English and a little Italian. This clean, new mini apartment has all the essentials: a corner kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, TV, air conditioning, parking, bathroom, shower, hairdryer, and Wi-Fi. The sea is about a one-minute walk away. It can be tricky to find with a navigator, so look for the sign on the promenade when you arrive. If you’re touring Croatia, it’s a good place to stop and recharge.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their English was excellent. Our September holiday with the Milin family was fantastic, and we’d love to come back. The apartment is right by the beach, just a two-minute walk, and was completely clean and well maintained. We were especially impressed that the one-room place had a dishwasher, plus a small balcony with a sea view just outside the apartment. The bus stop for the city center is five minutes away on foot, with buses to Zadar every half hour for a small fare.
