The owners made us feel welcome and were really helpful. We had a clean, comfortable apartment with a terrace looking out over the marina, plus secure indoor parking. The beach is only 100 meters away, with a supermarket and restaurant close by too. A great spot for a holiday in Zadar.

There’s a pier and some benches by the house, and the sea is close. Groceries and a restaurant are nearby as well. It’s a cozy place to stay, and I’d happily recommend it.

We visited in the first week of July and loved being so close to the beach and just minutes from Zadar’s historic center. From the terrace, we could look across the sailing club marina, the emerald sea, and the old town while having breakfast or lunch. The apartment itself was spotless and roomy, with a bright, large double bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a souvenir shop, and the beach are all close by. The beach is about 100 meters away, and a sun lounger cost 20 kuna (€2.70) for the day. The listing photos matched what we found, including the spacious, well-kept private parking, which was free. The owners were lovely and happy to help with requests, explain how to get around, and suggest things to see in the city and nearby. There’s a lot to explore.
