Warning: repeated scam against customers. The owner refused to offer any solution after we arrived to find a dirty, moldy room with worn equipment beside a noisy, smelly car repair shop. The property didn't match the photos or description. The owner then falsely told Booking.com that we hadn't arrived, apparently to get money illegally. We have photos and GPS records showing our arrival. The entire case is being reported to the Croatian Trade Inspection and police. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Kristina and her family were fabulous and did everything they could, and more, to make our stay amazing. The spacious apartment worked really well for all four of us, with two bedrooms and a toilet upstairs that suited us and the teenagers. There were lovely terraces on both floors, off-road parking, and bikes to borrow. Bars and shops were nearby, and the beach was a short walk away. Zadar made a great base for exploring the National Parks, with Krka and Paklinika both musts. Hiring a car was great, and the roads are fab. Five stars and more.
10/10
The apartments are a bit out of the way, about a 30-minute walk to the old town and a little over an hour to Puntamica. If that doesn't bother you, this is the perfect place. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, and very affordable. The landlords are fantastic and extremely helpful. When car trouble meant we needed one more night, there was no problem, and they even gave us a discounted price. Very child-friendly too!

First time here, and the hosts were friendly. The apartments are top quality, and the place is quiet and peaceful. Cool, super. We recommend it.

I can only recommend it. The host is very kind, and the apartments are clean and well equipped. One thing, though: the parking area is extremely small, with room for only two cars to park properly.
