The price didn't seem reasonable to me. The floor wasn't level either.

It's right in the center of old Zadar, with lots of restaurants nearby and an ideal spot for getting around on foot. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus a covered kitchen on a very large terrace with a sitting area and a big jacuzzi tub. The wonderful Church of San Simone is directly across the street. Catholic Mass is held on Sunday mornings, in Croatian, of course!!! 🔝🔝🙏😍
