Guesthouse Nice room

The room was very clean, and arranging access with the owner was easy. He sent us a code so we could come in when we needed to. We were driving from Split late, with a flight the next day, so staying one night worked well. It’s close to the bus terminal and about 12 minutes by car from the airport, but far from the old town. For the price, I wouldn’t choose it for more than a couple of days. Also, during the night, people in cars in the parking lot behind the building made lots of noise, including revving and beeping, so we couldn’t rest. That part wasn’t the property’s fault, but it made the night unpleasant.

A comfortable place to stay.

Booking showed parking at €8 per day, but in reality it costs €1 per hour. I booked for several days and found just one coffee capsule in the machine. At checkout, I got a message saying I still owed €6. What was that for, if taxes and commission had already been included when I booked?

The furniture was new and clean, but I was disappointed for the price. I picked this place for convenience even though it cost a bit more than the old town, and it felt like a partitioned lodging setup on the second floor of the bus terminal. The heating was noisy and didn’t work properly, so I was cold all night. I knew I was choosing the bus terminal, but it was still quite noisy. The signs weren’t clear either, and I wandered around the terminal for about 30 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. If the owner sees this, I hope it helps them make improvements.
