The owner was happy to answer all our questions and was very helpful. The location was excellent, and for the price the room had good equipment, including plates, bowls, and cutlery. Free, easy parking was essential for us. Thank you!

We had booked two apartments for 13 people during the off-season weekend of the Wings for Life charity race. The only other occupied apartment was rented by some young women who were also taking part. We were talking and having dinner inside with the doors shut so we wouldn't make too much noise, when the owner suddenly came into our unlocked apartment, shouting angrily as if we'd done something wrong. He insulted some of us when we tried to calm him down. The place might be fine for one night on a business trip, but don't expect to have evening barbecues or stay up late. We found no friendliness or kindness from the owners, and I doubt you would either. Avoid.

The apartment was spotless and just right, and the owner was really nice. The location was perfect too. Five stars for everything.

We had a really pleasant two-day stay in Zadar. The host was lovely, the location was nice, and the apartment had the equipment a family would need. It was fairly close to both the beach and a bus stop. We enjoyed it a lot.

Good value for the money, with affordable options for people who don't need much. The staff were nice. It's close to the sea, though the beach isn't nice, and near good restaurants like Simis and a bakery.
