The room was small, but comfortable, clean, and in good shape. The location inside the city walls is fantastic. Staff were mostly out of sight, apart from check-in and check-out, which was fine by me. The only little issue was dust on top of the wardrobe. I’d recommend staying here, and I’d come back if I’m in Zadar again.

The room was very small, though comfortable. Once I opened my carry-on beside the right side of the bed, there was almost no room left to walk around. Since the place is above a restaurant, it wasn’t especially quiet, but I was exhausted and the background noise didn’t bother me. They supplied towels and two drinking glasses, and the shower had hot water. It’s deep in Zadar old town, so I wouldn’t bring too much luggage. If you’re driving, there are open parking spaces around the area, outside the old town itself, and you have to pay by the hour until 22:00. I believe it was €0.50 an hour when we visited in June 2025.

The room felt brand new, with air conditioning, and it was spotless. We paid €70 for a double, which was good value, and the service was impeccable. The location is right in central Zadar. There can be music nearby in the evenings if you’re sensitive to noise, but with the window closed we slept just fine, even though we were tired.
