A cozy little room, clean and safe, with the things you need and a wonderful location. The manager I spoke with online was patient and kind, replied quickly, and gave me really detailed self-check-in instructions, including a short video. That made the whole process easy, and they were there when I needed them. I highly recommend it if you want somewhere nice to stay without spending too much in beautiful Zadar. I’d recommend Zadar too, it’s one of the most magical places I’ve ever visited! 🤗

There was no reception when I arrived, and the main entrance door was broken, so anyone from the street could walk in. I’d booked online with high hopes, but the communal areas were dirty and dim, and the whole place felt unwelcoming. My room looked out onto a concrete wall, and the window sills were covered in bird droppings. The experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from this shoddy hotel.

We had a pleasant stay, and the value was good. The location was VERY good, with a shared hallway serving two other rooms. The only thing I missed was a bit of tech in the room, like a newer TV or USB outlets, though that’s just a gimmick these days.

It can get noisy at times, with all the restaurants and the central setting, but after midnight it gets really quiet. A very nice apartment in a great central spot, and a good place to rest while exploring the city.

The apartments were lovely, but the noise kept me awake until 3am on both nights, and I had to sleep with earphones in. If very loud noise doesn’t keep you from sleeping, I’d recommend the place.
