Studio apartment Goga

The owner was lovely and had left us sweets and a snack, and the location made it easy to walk into the city center. We stayed four nights in April, when it was cool out. The apartment gets little direct sun, so I imagine it may stay cooler in summer; there’s also air conditioning. It’s small, cozy, spotless, and everything feels new and cared for. The equipment is fantastic, from a well-stocked kitchen with dishes, cutlery, a corkscrew, two non-stick pots and two pans, to dishcloths, paper towels, and washing-up liquid. There weren’t any wine glasses, though, and the non-stick cookware was scratched, which seems to happen in lots of apartments. The bathroom is the main drawback: it’s tiny, and the shower may not suit a larger person. At 165 cm, I had to tiptoe to reach the high sink. The owner seems to have fitted everything she could into that space. It does have a hairdryer, washing machine, soap, and detergents. There’s a big hall closet and plenty of towels. The apartment is on the first floor. For me, both the place and the location were great.
