The check-in and check-out were both easy, and the apartment was quiet, clean, and air-conditioned when we arrived. It’s a modern place in the old town, with a balcony and shops, cafés, and restaurants just a short walk away.

The owner was nice, and the rooms were clean, lovely, and a great price. They’re in the old town and have nice balconies. The outside of the building could use some care, though I don’t think the owner can do much about it.

Beautiful balcony rooms right in the city center. Best place we’ve stayed so far, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The room had plenty of space and a balcony, and it looked really nice. The bathroom was a little small, but the bed was just right, neither too soft nor too hard. It had everything you’d need in an apartment, and the old town location in Zadar was good.

Trying to book was incredibly badly organized. The phone number sent us to an agency, and although it was listed on booking.com, the agency said they didn’t know anything. They still haven’t called back. That’s no way to treat potential guests. Then, a day after I posted this review, an anonymous five-star rating appeared. Hmm, strange, isn’t it?
