The owners were warm, helpful people, and even gave us rides to and from the airport for a good price. The area is very calm, with lots of shops nearby, so getting groceries was no trouble even without a car. Although the flat is on the outskirts of Zadar, buses can take you anywhere you might want to go in 30 minutes at most. We stayed in a very comfortable flat for four, with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. There was plenty of room for all of us, and it was fully equipped: towels, cutlery, fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine, oven, AC, TV, and more. Everything was clean and in great condition. There’s also a terrace with a large table and a view of a small forest nearby. I can’t think of anything to complain about. Villa Nita is a great place to stay while visiting Zadar, and I highly recommend it.

The owners were nice and honest, and the apartment was clean with everything well equipped. I’ll definitely come back.

Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were three clean rooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and there was also a washing machine. We had a terrace and a barbecue. The owners were very friendly. We’ll definitely return. Best wishes to them.
