The balcony view was stunning, and waking up to the sound of the sea felt like pure bliss. Villa Punta’s studio was spotless and modern, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s right by the beach in a peaceful spot, while Zadar’s old town is still easy to reach. We had an amazing time and highly recommend it for a relaxing seaside getaway! 🌊

The apartments sit right on the beach and have a small terrace. We parked inside the property, which has plenty of spaces, and found a couple of good cafes nearby. The host was excellent. We walked along the waterfront to the old town every day. It took about 45 minutes and made for a very nice walk. Great location, very close to the old town.

The host was friendly and helpful, and we felt valued during our stay. Our apartment had a lovely sea view and good amenities. Villa Punta is an excellent base and place to stay for visiting the Zadar area. Highly recommended.

We stayed at villa Punta in mid-May 2022. I was a little nervous because we booked through Christina, and I usually only book through an agency. Our flight got in at 11 pm and we were leaving a week later at 3 pm, but the hosts had everything sorted. For a small fee, someone picked us up at the airport and took us back when we left. It was all easy, and the driver was a gentleman. Anthon met us when we arrived, and by the end we felt like friends. The apartment was adorable and had all we needed, with easy access to Zadar city and the beach right on the doorstep. The weather was brilliant, and we were allowed to keep the room until 2 pm on our departure day. Thank you for such a lovely time. We’ll definitely be back. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, and they added little personal touches, including delivering a home-baked strudel to our apartment.
