Villa Zupan

Good for snakes.

We liked how easy it was to get around from Villa Zupan. The bakery and grocery store are walkable, there's a very good pizzeria close by, and Borik beach, which is beautiful, is roughly 900 meters away. Uber made getting to Zadar's very beautiful old town quick and inexpensive. The hosts were so friendly, and the house had everything we needed. They even brought us freshly baked cakes three times during our vacation. We'd gladly return and recommend Villa Zupan.

The villa's garden, grounds, and pool were all kept in great shape. Inside, we had a well-equipped kitchen and a barbecue area right beside it that we could use every day without restrictions. There's a medium-high wall around the property, which gives it a secluded feel. The neighborhood itself was exceptionally quiet, with very little traffic on the street. We stayed for seven days with a few people and had a great time. There was room for more of us, too. The villa has five bedrooms and six dining areas. Mr. Zupan was a very friendly host.

We stayed with four adults and five children, and the house worked perfectly for our visit to beautiful Zadar. The home, garden, and pool were all in perfect condition. Air conditioning worked perfectly throughout. Highly recommended.
