The bathroom was nice, though the room felt worn and could use fresh paint and new carpeting. Breakfast ran from 8 to 10 a.m., too late for my schedule, so I missed it both mornings when I left early. I also didn’t get a reply to my message asking about early check-out and whether I needed to pay a city tax. They’d said someone would be available at 7:00, so I waited that morning, but nobody came and I had to leave to catch my bus. I stayed two nights. It was an okay stay, but better communication and some room updates would help.

Breakfast had loads of choices and kept us going for the day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great time at Annie’s. The rooms are lovely, and the shared area feels relaxed and welcoming. We’d happily stay again and recommend it for exploring Zagreb.

We arrived late, but they sent clear directions and had everything ready for us. Hana was so kind and did all she could to help and accommodate us. Annie's B&B was clean, beautiful and cozy, with a very good breakfast too. We had a great experience and would definitely return if we come back to Zagreb. Highly recommend!

We were so grateful that they answered our call in the middle of the night and had a spotless, ready room for us. My husband and I had been stuck at the airport for eight hours before learning at midnight that our flight was canceled. We needed somewhere affordable and not too far from the airport, and chose this place. Everyone was very friendly.
