Aparthotel Snjezna Kraljica

The natural setting was beautiful, and we loved being near the city with the cable car and tram ride. The staff were friendly and respectful, and the jacuzzi and sauna were available. We enjoyed the restaurant too. Every part of the place scored 100 points for us, from the hotel and room to the service and people. It’s the most beautiful place we’ve stayed so far. We even booked an extra day and still didn’t want to leave. There’s lovely nature all around. We’d suggest booking at least four nights to relax, enjoy time with each other or family, and recharge. We’ll be back within 12 months. Thank you for the kind service.

The hotel sits high on a mountain in the forest, surrounded by beautiful nature. There’s a small chapel nearby and plenty of other attractions. The staff are friendly and ready to help, and the restaurant serves delicious food. If you’re driving, there are beautiful places to discover around Zagreb. Try the sauna and bubble bath too, they’re amazing. I love this place.

Set in the forest at the top of the mountain, the hotel has large, clean rooms. The staff were polite and helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent.

I’ve stayed here from time to time because the rooms are great and the hotel staff are fine. This is about the restaurant service today. After 15 minutes sitting there, a clueless waiter tossed a menu in front of us. He didn’t ask if we wanted drinks while we looked at the food. Ten more minutes passed, so I went inside to ask how much longer we’d wait. We had a child with a syndrome who can be anything but patient. The answer was, “Oh, it’ll be quick.” Five minutes later, he came out, ignored us and started clearing a table after a group that was just about to leave. After half an hour with no drinks offered, we went somewhere else. It’s a shame that such a good location has an inept, and ultimately rude, waiter. He didn’t say a word to us the whole time. Go plant potatoes and leave waiting, once a serious and respectable job, to someone who understands the order of tasks in a restaurant.
