The location was the only good part. I paid almost 90€ for an average room, and the breakfast was average too. My room was right by the street where construction was going on, and after 7 a.m. the workers started running their machines loudly, so I couldn’t sleep. You can hear it in the video. The receptionist was kind, but the owner seemed very rude. When I complained, she said she’d speak to him and that they would compensate me. I also messaged him, but he never replied. The hotel’s customer service was very poor.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable. The attention to detail stood out and made this hotel a fantastic choice.

For guests on a budget, this is a good choice, and the location is perfect. There are lovely stairs near the building. Breakfast was very good, with nuts and fruit, and Karla, the responsible, made great scrambled eggs when we asked. She helped us figure out public transport too. She’s only at the hotel in the morning, but you can call or text her if you need help in the afternoon. The room door gave us trouble and was difficult to close.

There’s construction right in front of the entrance at the moment. To reach this very good B&B, a couple of blocks from the historic area, walk around to the aisle on the right.

Breakfast was surprisingly good, and the room was clean, though it had seen better days. The location is good, but the tram was a little noisy.
