The room is small, and calling it “luxury” feels like an insult to the word. A 100-square-metre penthouse is luxury, not this. The “luxe” label is doing all the work here. The service was so bad I would give it zero if I could. The price doesn't match what you get. Check the bad reviews elsewhere before you book.

The hosts were kind and accommodating, and I’d definitely recommend the apartment. It’s beautiful, clean and nicely furnished, with a wonderful bathroom and bed.

We waited outside the apartment for 45 minutes while he sent the entry PIN. The host didn't pick up our calls and only replied by message. We also ended up with a different, lower-quality apartment than the one we'd booked.

We never even got to see the apartment. It wasn't ready until 5:00 PM, although check-in is usually stated as 4:00 PM. We had commitments in Zagreb starting at 4:45 PM, so we had to rent another nearby apartment just to change and freshen up. The hosts wouldn't refund the reservation, even though the delay was their fault. Losing the money wasn't the end of the world, but it's sad to see hospitality turning into this. There seems to be no care or respect for guests anymore, just an attitude of “if you don't look after one, someone else will come along.”

Worst service I've ever had. This is a scam, beware. We booked an apartment and called the man five times, but nobody answered, even though the line wasn't busy. He still hasn't responded. Never again, and don't book this apartment.
