The location is great, on a lively street with lots of restaurants and nightlife. It gets a bit noisy at night, but that didn’t bother us. The rooms were clean enough, and there’s a stocked kitchenette, though no coffee maker. Getting in involves two codes. One opens a small coat-room area with two doors, one for each suite. The people in the other suite were VERY loud and repeatedly left the door that was supposed to be secured open. Smoking is prohibited, but the suite next to us clearly smoked, and it smelled strongly of marijuanna the whole time. I messaged the host for extra pillows and blankets and was told they’d be in the room. They weren’t there when we arrived. I followed up, but never heard back during our stay. The host was incredibly hard to reach and didn’t reply again. I’ve been traveling for a month now and have never had this kind of problem. At 9:30 on checkout morning, while we were packing, someone flung our suite door open and told us to leave. Checkout was at 10am. I’m not sure if it was the cleaner or someone else, and there was a language barrier, so I don’t know what was going on. For the price, I’ll look elsewhere next time I come.
