The service was good, and contactless check-in and check-out worked well. The cutlery could use some attention, though, as it was old and a little unclean. The property is very close to the main train station, about a 650-meter walk, and tram connections are available too.

Everything we needed for a short visit was there, and getting in and out was easy. Though compact, the place slept four comfortably. We had a great stay.

Renovation work was happening in other basement rooms right beside the entrance. Inside, there was almost no daylight, just one window at sidewalk height. The bedroom and bathroom both smelled strongly damp, with mold in several spots above the bed and in the bathroom. The bathroom was filthy, especially the fan, and the entrance was badly neglected. I wouldn't rent it again.

We were close to the city center, but the spot itself was quiet and peaceful. The house was clean and comfortable. We couldn't get the TV working, though we hardly spent time in the room, so it didn't cause us much trouble.

The owner provided excellent service, and the apartment was spotless with everything we could need. The location was excellent too. We couldn't have picked a better place, and I'd choose it again.
