The apartment was spotless, and Jadra was so kind and polite 😊. The building is in a great spot, with excellent, affordable parking too. Just so you know, the two-bedroom apartment has only one window. I'd happily recommend F12 👌.

Mr Boris was welcoming, gentle, and always smiling. He and Ana were available whenever we needed anything, and the apartment was clean, roomy enough for two, and stocked with coffee, kitchen things, and towels. The location is handy for seeing Zagreb on foot, and it's good value for money. I still highly recommend it, even though our ground-floor apartment had no windows and lacked fresh air and oxygen. The other apartments may be different.

They treated us like family. Such warm hospitality, and the accommodation was good value in a great location. I'd definitely recommend it.
2/10
Be careful booking through Airbnb. We were left standing at the door after our booking was canceled, with no communication at all from Boris, the owner.
2/10
We got a message the night before check-in saying the apartment had flooded and they'd put us somewhere else. It was stressful, so we canceled the booking and found another place.
