The room was clean, but it got too hot. Opening the window meant dealing with awful, nonstop traffic noise. There’s no kettle in the room. A bottle of water (0.75L) costs 4 euros. Reception can provide hot water, but it tasted strange.
4/10
The location is good, and the room was clean, but the sewage smell throughout the hotel, especially in our room, kept lingering. I’d suggest it for a shorter stay.
10/10
We liked it enough to add another night. The room was pretty standard, but the staff were incredible, friendly, and made us feel welcome and happy. They gave us great ideas for things to do around the city and provided good service. Laundry was quick, convenient, and a really good price, and the AC worked well. The location is great, near the metro station, Tesla Museum, and Botanical garden, with the train station and center still walkable. The area around the hotel felt very clean and safe.
10/10
The hotel is in a great spot and the staff are amazing. Our room had a smart TV, and the bed was comfy.
10/10
Reception were friendly and helped us figure out public transport. Most of the places we wanted to see were about a 15-minute walk away, so the location worked well. The room was small, with little room for luggage, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The shower had good pressure and the temperature was easy to adjust.
