At 10 pm on New Year's Eve we still hadn't sorted out my friend's rumpled shirt. We weren't staying at Hostel Paris, and our own hostel had no iron, so we'd already asked a couple of hostels and hotels if we could pay to use one. They all turned us down. Hostel Paris was our last stop. The woman at the counter kindly said we should look good for New Year's Eve, took the shirt and ironed it herself, then refused to take money. We left surprised and really grateful, and that kindness made the evening even better. Thank you, Madam, for being so warm and helpful. Thank you so much for helping us! Greetings, Andrej
