“Bear Hill” Apartments

The peaceful setting, surrounded by greenery, was a real highlight. It’s so quiet that in the morning you can hear birds singing, and the view is breathtaking. The gravel road up to the house takes a little getting used to, but eventually it adds to the charm. I can’t think of a single negative thing, and if we return to Zagreb, this is where we’d stay. The house is cozy and thoughtfully arranged, and we felt at home right away. Every detail seemed chosen with care, and it had everything we could need, right down to cotton buds and cotton pads. Sara was a wonderful hostess, kind and easy to reach, while also respecting our privacy. Communication was warm and simple, and we felt well looked after. We enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it. If I could give more than 10 stars, I would.

Sara was a wonderful host, and the apartment was lovely, very clean, and equipped for a comfortable stay. It gave us the quiet nature setting we wanted, with hiking nearby and Zagreb still close. We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again if we return to the city.

Perched on top of a hill, the place has a beautiful, wide view over the city. The interior is cozy and lovely, and the balcony is perfectly positioned. I was struck by how much attention had gone into the details; everything exceeded what we expected. It’s great value for money. If we travel to Zagreb again, we’ll stay at Bear Hills.
