EDIT after the reply: 1. Please don’t lie, it only makes things worse. The walls were damaged before we stayed. I have a video from before we entered the room, with the date and time visible, and can provide it to Booking if needed. 2. My complaint wasn’t about the room size. It was about the dirt and the smell. 3. Nobody offered us a refund. A solution came only after WE asked for our money back. Reception couldn’t decide that themselves. After hesitating, they offered us another room, despite telling us just minutes earlier that none were available. 4. The rules don’t require me to tell you in advance that we were bringing dogs, since you’re a pet-friendly place. I paid an extra €70 for them. I’m glad you replied to this review, so other guests can see this isn’t a good place to stay. Croatia works hard to keep a good reputation with tourists, and you’re damaging it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: What was advertised through Booking wasn’t what we got. I was travelling with my husband and my mum, and we ended up in a dirty, smelly room where I couldn’t breathe. There was no hot water. When we asked to change rooms, the first answer was, “No, we don’t have any available.” As soon as I asked for a refund, they suddenly found a better room, though it still didn’t match the pictures on Booking. They also didn’t keep the noise down at night. There was a party in the room next door, and we couldn’t sleep until 2 a.m.
