Le Premier Boutique hotel

On my second visit to Boutique Hotel Le Premier in Zagreb, I again had a wonderful stay. Its atmosphere feels elegant while still being welcoming and comfortable, and the rooms and service were lovely. I especially want to mention Renato and the staff, who made our arrival easy even though our flight got in after midnight. The hotel handled the late check-in smoothly and professionally, and that care really matters when you’re travelling. The spa wasn’t available this time, which was a little disappointing, though it didn’t spoil the experience. I’m looking forward to returning to Zagreb and hope the spa is open next time so I can enjoy the full experience. Highly recommended.

The location made it easy to explore the city, while the hotel itself stayed peaceful. Inside, the atmosphere was elegant but calming, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was cozy, just what I needed to relax and recharge after several days of travel. From arrival onward, everything felt welcoming and professional. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail all went beyond what I expected. I had an amazing stay at Le Premier, would gladly return, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The location made getting around easy, just a short walk from the main square, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. They even arranged my Uber when we were leaving. The hotel itself was nice, but the AC was noisy. There was no pool or hot tub, and the TV had no Netflix or similar service. When you're abroad, it's nice to be able to unwind with TV in your own language.

Our room was very spacious, with plenty of storage. The staff were super friendly, and Ivan at the restaurant and bar went out of his way to look after us. Menu choices were limited, but he made sure the chef prepared a delicious vegetarian meal and even gave us a bottle of their exclusive red wine to take home. The property is a little dated, but it's convenient and has a classic feel, with lovely decor once you're inside.
