We had confirmed and fully paid for this apartment in advance, but arrived late at night after a long trip with our children to discover the hosts had canceled the booking on their own, without explanation. The payment had already gone through. We were left with tired children in an unfamiliar city and nowhere to stay. The hosts didn’t answer the phone, and afterwards offered neither help nor an apology. We had to find another place urgently by ourselves. Completely unacceptable behavior. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a reliable, peaceful, and safe trip.

Sanja and her husband were wonderful hosts. Our flight was delayed, but they let us check in late and had the apartment ready for us. It’s a lovely place in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain and forest views, and it’s easy to get to the center of Zagreb. Highly recommend.

Polite hosts, a clean place, and an easy trip there. It’s not far from the city center.
