The hotel was closed when we arrived, even though I’d been charged for two nights. I tried calling, emailing, and texting, but got no response, and I’m still trying to get my money back. I can’t really review a stay that never happened. It felt like a complete scam. We ended up at the Hilton Canopy in town, which was amazing, with a better location and a lower price.

We stayed three nights and really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the tasty ham and cheese omelette. It was included and there was plenty to choose from. The staff were kind and helpful throughout, and even let us stay a little longer because our airport check-in was later than checkout. The hotel is in a lovely, upscale part of Zagreb, around a 15 to 20 minute walk from town. We enjoyed the walk, and the distance wasn't a problem for us. I'd happily book here again. Thanks to the hotel team for such a lovely stay! ❤️👍😊😍

As a family of five, we found the room spacious, clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, particularly Ms. Martina, who was so kind to our children. After checkout we realized we'd left something behind, and she promptly helped send it back to us. We really appreciated that and were very pleased with our stay. We hope to return.

Our family of four had a two-bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and secure courtyard parking. Breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. The hotel feels luxurious for a moderate price. It's a little outside the city centre, but the 15-minute walk downhill through the small woods and old city is pleasant. For the walk back up, sporty guests can tackle the hill on foot, while taxis in Zagreb are affordable.
