The bed creaked a little, but we really liked the blinds, which made it easy to sleep well. Our room was clean enough, the receptionist was friendly, and they offered us parking inside. We had cash, so payment wasn't an issue. The old town is a 20-30 mins walk from this great location. We had a great time and recommend it, despite the many mixed and bad reviews.

I arranged my whole trip around this stay, including transport tickets I couldn't refund, and received no serious follow-up from either the hotel or the booking platform. My reservation had been confirmed since February at a clearly stated rate, but it was cancelled unilaterally just one month before my trip, supposedly because “the price wasn't realistic.” Instead of keeping the agreed rate, they offered a ridiculous €5 discount, while prices had already gone up by more than €40. Any pricing mistake should have been dealt with when I booked, not four months later. A very disappointing and completely unprofessional experience.

The AC was so loud I couldn't sleep with it running. The owner/receptionist didn't seem pleased we were there and treated us like any other customer. They also only take cash, no cards. It's a mediocre place, and unfortunately we have no reason to return.

The room is decent and affordable, around 30mins from downtown, and having AC is great. The walls are a bit dirty and the bed creaks.
