It's in a great location, and the bed was comfortable, but the stay was disappointing. The property has changed ownership and management, and breakfast isn't offered. There was still a welcome booklet from the previous owner in the room advertising free breakfast. The WiFi password in it was wrong, and the network they first told us to use wouldn't configure. Afterward, they messaged us another password. The apartment is above a club, with noise until 2 am, which guests should know about. After check-in, we received a long string of messages with rules for taking out our own trash, including instructions to go through the adjacent restaurant kitchen. That would put anyone off if they knew in advance. There was nobody on site, nobody answered the phone number they provided, and communication was only by message. The management company seemed out of its depth. This place could be really great, but it isn't.

The location was very good, though being in a pedestrian area made it hard for taxis to drop us near the hotel. The rooms were a good size, but shower water ran out of the shower area. Breakfast service was poor, with limited choices, no fresh bread, and cool coffee.

We had a twin room with comfortable beds, a spare blanket for the chilly winter weather, and a decent shower. The residence is central, yet it stayed quiet inside thanks to good double glazing. Check-in is self-service, so there might not be anyone in the foyer to answer questions.

The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was just acceptable, but it was overpriced. The bar next door played loud music until 4 AM, and bars across the street played until 2 AM. Luckily, our room at the back kept us from hearing those other bars. This is the noisiest part of Zagreb's noisiest street. If you want a central place without loud electronic music, don't stay here. If you're looking to party until 4 AM, it could suit you.

We stayed five days and were treated really well. Lana was super friendly, and they cleaned the room and changed our towels every day. I liked my room a lot, and the breakfast was delicious. We're very thankful for everything.
