For around €80 a night during Advent, it was very affordable. There's a garage on Petrinjska Street about five minutes away, and Ban Jelačić Square is roughly 12 minutes away. The accommodation is on the 4th floor, with no elevator, but the old building has wide stairs that weren't difficult to climb. Everything was exceptionally clean and I had no complaints.

NOT RECOMMENDED ❌❌❌ Booking.com says there is GARAGE parking, but after we booked we had to block the transaction. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY PARKING. They seem to use that claim to attract people with cars, then you have to pay separately for PARKING. For your information, they're also the same people as "Fishnjak Apartments"...

The building and street looked a little run down, though nothing too bad, and it was somewhat noisy at night. The room itself was pretty nice. There are quite a lot of stairs to climb with bags, so it may not suit older travelers or people with small children.

My room faced a busy street, so there was quite a bit of traffic noise, and the building felt very shady. The booking.com photos only show the rooms. My main complaint is that I left my suit in the wardrobe in one of the rooms, but the manager said he hadn't found anything. So someone stole my suit. I wouldn't stay there again.

The room was wonderful and the price was affordable. Tea, coffee, a hair dryer, soap, and shower cream that also works as shampoo were provided. The one drawback is having to climb lots of stairs.
