Sobe-Rooms Kvatric

The newly renovated top floor looks really nice for the price, and the rooms have their own bathrooms. Just be aware that being under the roof means direct sun can make it very hot, even on a cool day. The air conditioner keeps the room cool, and you'll need it. At night you can open the windows, which close automatically if it rains. The kitchen is shared, and I'd leave the air conditioning on there too. It feels uncomfortable in summer without cooling, and trying to save a little on power makes a worse impression.

On a busy square, the location is great, with bakeries, shops, cafés, and plenty of tram connections nearby. The rooms are comfortable and well laid out, and there's a communal kitchen alongside the en-suite facilities. The host is really friendly and helpful. For what you pay, it's terrific value.

Robert and Ante were always available and incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There's a shared kitchen, while the rooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning, electric skylights, TVs, comfortable beds, and lovely furnishings with high-quality furniture. The building is beautiful and right in the heart of Zagreb, with a McDonald's in the same building for food. Trams stop just downstairs and get you to the center in a few minutes, or you can walk to Trg Ban Jelačić in about 10 minutes. The value for money stands out compared with other places I've stayed. I've traveled for business in many countries and am still amazed by how clean and comfortable Sobe - Rooms Kvatric in Zagreb is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our flight got in very late, at 10:45 pm, and the host waited for us. The room was modern and very clean. Public transport and lots of shops are right outside, so the location is perfect. We'd love to return :)
