It's a lovely apartment, mostly furnished with Ikea pieces, and it has its own garage parking. There are tram lines 3, 13, and 2 nearby, and it comes with appliances including a dishwasher and clothes washer. For the price and the rest of the apartment, though, the kitchen could be better equipped.

The accessible garage under the building was a big hit, with a hallway leading to the elevator. It was convenient in both summer and winter, and felt reassuring for the car's safety. The apartment itself is new, tidy, and nicely decorated, with all the small touches that make a stay pleasant. Mr. Boris and his wife really do their best. Kudos to the owners!
