Avoid! I booked at the last minute and didn’t notice the other reviews were at least two years old. To be fair, it was the cheapest option near the center, and the website photos of the queen studio were accurate. The room itself was clean and spacious. That’s where the good ends. Trams pass every few minutes, shaking the whole place so badly it’s impossible to sleep or concentrate. There was no hot water in the shower, and the TV remote didn’t work. There was no staff on site, and since I was only there one night, I didn’t bother reporting the problems. They shouldn’t have been problems in the first place. The entrance area is under construction and feels like walking into a horror movie set. Avoid!

The place was easy to get into, and the location was perfect. The room was clean and clearly well cared for. They send the entry instructions closer to your stay, so don't worry if nobody is there to meet you.

We spent five days in the King Apartment. It was clean and great, and the kitchen had all the things you need if you want to cook.
