The apartment was clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a large selection of teas and coffees on the table, which was a nice touch, but there was also half-eaten food, including cereal and cookies, left as a welcome gift. The walls were paper thin, so we could literally hear people talking in the neighboring accommodation. There was a smoking area in the stairwell since smoking isn't allowed inside, but the stairwell isn't heated, so in winter you'd probably freeze. We found out only on arrival day that the advertised parking was actually 750 meters away, a 10-15 minute walk, which is very inconvenient for people with limited mobility. The accommodation was on the second floor, something that also wasn't mentioned. We booked an apartment but got a studio.

Free parking and fast Wi-Fi were definite pluses, and the price was excellent for what we got. Virtus Apartments was clean, modern, and well equipped. The location was convenient and quiet, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd happily stay again.

Everything was spotless, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The modern rooms were beautifully finished and looked just like the pictures. It's an easy 20 minute walk to the main square. We liked it so much we've already booked our second stay for when we're back in Zagreb in a few weeks.

We stayed in July 2022 after booking via booking.com. The place was clean and matched the pictures, and both the air conditioner and internet worked well. It's around 1-2 km from the main center, reachable on foot or by public transport. We'd told them our arrival time, but check-in help was remote. That wasn't a big problem. The main inconvenience was parking, 750 m from the accommodation, though we could stop in front for 5 mins to drop off our luggage.

Good location, about 18 minutes on foot from the Cathedral. If you're driving, the parking is a 9 minute walk from the apartment.
