Apartments Nives NB

Mrs. Nives looked after us so thoughtfully during our week in one of her apartments. It was well maintained and had every comfort. She's kind, generous, and very friendly with her guests, and she's a terrific cook. We especially loved the fish dinner and the huge grilled meat.

I live very close to this property, though I'm not a guest there. The owners have a large dog that barks every night, at 11:00 PM, 2:00 AM, and 4:00 AM. I've told the owner about it, but she hasn't done anything to address the problem.

To put it politely, it was shocking! On 25-7-2022, we were driving home along istarska ul. in Zambrattia after coming back from otok Pag, and wanted an apartment for 2/3 nights. At n°20/22, we saw a "libero" sign, an outpost for "apartmani Nives" at cvjetna ul.20A. We contacted the owner and agreed on a price. She kept telling us how lucky we were because someone had canceled an apartment that very day. We unloaded the car and settled into the room. About 40 minutes later, Nives knocked and said someone had booked through Booking and the official guests would arrive shortly. We were last-minute tourists, presumably intruders, and had to leave. Avoid!!!

A few steps and you're at the beach, which was a real plus for us. The apartments are in a peaceful spot, each one has parking, and the prices are reasonable. The owner is lovely and makes you feel very welcome. I'd recommend staying here.
