There are good, affordable restaurants nearby, and the grocery store is only a few minutes away. Dubrovnik’s historic center is less than 15 minutes away too. The hotel itself is affordable, includes breakfast, has excellent service, an infinity pool on the roof, parking (a rarity in Dubrovnik, and often expensive), and amazing Adriatic views. Why pay crazy lodging prices down in Dubrovnik? I’d come back, Terminator-style.

The reception team were lovely, especially Elina, who was always ready to help. Our room was clean, reasonably sized, and had a very nice Adriatic Sea view, though the TV didn’t work and there was no fridge. In the heat, we couldn’t keep water cold or food fresh. Breakfast was reasonable for a three-star hotel, but dinner was disappointing, with limited choices and vegetables that weren’t fresh. The breakfast staff also weren’t very welcoming and didn’t seem to know the food ingredients well. My family and I stayed six days to enjoy Dubrovnik.

The view was good, and the pool was nice, though the windows by it needed cleaning. The hallway lights to our room barely came on. Our three-night stay was disappointing for the price and a supposed four-star hotel. The floors and balcony were dirty, and the rooms felt outdated. If cleanliness isn’t a priority for you, it may be fine, but this didn’t meet the four-star standard for what we paid.

The pool was my favorite, with a breathtaking view across about 270 degrees. The room was huge, and although roofs partly blocked the sea view, we still had a lovely sunset. Breakfast was just so-so, but the staff were all friendly. Too bad the café bar was closed, perhaps because I visited in September. Getting into the hotel from the street was a bit challenging.
