The rooms were spotless and the bed was comfortable, but the balcony is shared with other rooms. The kitchen is shared with the owner, which made me feel as if I was imposing. There's one shelf per room in the shared fridge, oddly kept outside in the garden. Air conditioning costs extra, though the charge wasn't extortionate. That's why I gave it three stars.
