Hotel Luxe Confort

A nice place to relax, have a meal, and enjoy yourself.

The security staff were wonderful and clearly cared about keeping people safe. I was surprised by how nice and clean my room was, bathroom included, and the housekeepers did a great job. The pool was clean too, and the food was amazing. Everyone was warm and welcoming, with fantastic service at the front desk. I’d happily come back on my next visit to Haiti and highly recommend it.

The food was good, and the staff were great, but the service was only okay. The pool wasn’t clean, and after I complained I had to wait three days before I could use it. There was no power from around 3 a.m. until 6:30. I’ve been waiting over 40 minutes for food; they brought some bread while I waited, but it wasn’t enough. Benedicta has been unavailable since last night and still isn’t here. I wonder who’s in charge. I hope they get things sorted out.

I would never stay there again. My fiancé and I went a month ago, and the service was awful. The room was hot because they never fixed the A/C, and we had to beg for a fan. It took three days for them to clean our room. Their website said breakfast was free in the comfort of your room, but by about 10 a.m. we were still wondering where it was. When my fiancé went downstairs to ask, they said room service for breakfast cost $5 each. At check-in, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation and said I’d have to leave if I couldn’t locate it. I had to call Orbitz. I think they were upset that I’d paid online and had no cash to give them. I hope luxe comfort does better for future guests.
