SAMS Hotel

A lovely place to stay overnight if you need to catch an early flight. The bathroom was very clean, and the staff were polite, though they could be more effective. My main complaint was the dining room tables, which weren’t cleaned well. Crumbs from previous customers were left there.

The included breakfast was amazing, with fresh juice, fresh fruit, omelets, sausages, and coffee. It felt no different from being in the U.S., and there was WiFi too. The hotel really understands hospitality. I was impressed by the staff, most of whom speak English and Spanish fluently. An outstanding experience, and I’d recommend the place to anyone. They even have a pool on the upper deck.

My travel plans changed unexpectedly, so I ended up staying here. The room was comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant service was amazing, and they catered to all my needs. I’m a picky American, so I was really pleased with how good the griot was.

Room service was great and the front desk was awesome, but the restaurant had problems: the server couldn’t set the table properly, and the food was expensive and poorly presented. The bar was cold, there was no entertainment at all, and the pool wasn’t clean or what I expected.
