Best Western Premier Petion-ville

I loved the pool, and it was nice that the front desk team could speak English and Spanish. Jennifer and the customer service woman who checked me in were especially kind, and the staff were professional and accommodating. I spent one day at Best Western in January 2014 and had a wonderful time. The hotel was beautiful and spotless, with elegant rooms and bathrooms, nice decorations, and a very upscale feel. My only real disappointment was that breakfast wasn’t included.

I spent five days at the hotel and had a great time, but the food prices need attention. I’m okay with paying more for a meal, as long as there’s enough food on the plate. For $12, I got four small chicken wings with nothing else, which shocked me. It’s hard to find a decent meal at that price, and I hope things change before my next trip.

We stayed overnight with the family and had a great experience. The doormen were especially courteous and attentive, and the courtesy driver was gracious and picked us up on time. The concierge was professional and pleasant. I’d come back anytime.

We had a great city view from the higher floor they arranged for us, and the fast internet was a plus. The front desk staff were friendly and courteous, and security helped us when we arrived. Check-in, though, took more than an hour and a half. We got there around 11:30 pm, and only one person was working at the desk while several groups were checking in. The hotel was very clean and the beds comfortable. The pool had no water, and the ice machine on our floor was broken. The elevator also gets stuffy and hot, so air conditioning there would help.
