Kinam Hotel

The front desk service was the highlight of our May visit to Kinam. Jeffth was especially prompt and helpful, always with a smile. The staff were friendly and knew the area well. Our room was clean, the decor felt modern, and the bar had a familiar atmosphere. Don't skip the breakfast buffet, it's worth it.

I wasn't happy with the restaurant service, especially at breakfast. The staff should understand that guests are the reason they're there and make them feel welcome. A nice place depends on the people running it, and when one or two of the people meant to help you seem not to care, it takes so much away from the experience. I've worked in service myself and used to go above and beyond for clients, so I expect the same wherever I go. I'll leave it there.

The room was great and the location is central. Staff were professional and accommodating, and I loved my stay. The only issue was the AC froze over, which made the room a bit warm. It happened on my last day, and I didn't tell the staff, so I won't hold it against them.

We spent six days there and really enjoyed the stay. We also had our niece's wedding at the hotel, where event coordinator Mme Anglade Leslie was very professional. The front desk team were lovely, and the waiters were friendly and professional, especially Emanuel. The food was great, and management team members Benjamin and Roubens were very professional too. We'd recommend the place to everyone.
