Palm Residence

The room is spacious, the cleaning lady does a great job, and the location is good. Beyond that, though, there isn't much going for it. The internet barely works, and even when it connects, a simple Google page can take several minutes to load. Power is out for hours each day. I understand that can happen in Haiti, but it's frustrating that the rooms have no electricity while the pool has full power for music. You can't cook during an outage, either, and there's nobody around to answer questions. It's fine for one night if you don't need internet, electricity, or a meal. For a business stay, it really doesn't work.

There are parties by the pool, especially on weekends, so I'd avoid a room near it. Rooms close to the generator are noisy too.

The customer service and food were on point. It's a lovely place, and the paintings on the walls are a nice bonus 🥰🥰🥰

The employees are very helpful, and the spaces are quiet and clean.
