Hotel Seven Stars accommodated our mission group’s breakfast and dinner needs during both of our stays. They also let us use a space for group meetings, and were willing to remove some art we found offensive. The staff really aim to please, and the experience was great.

The room had working AC and hot water, and the hotel was clean and well maintained, which surprised me a bit. It was okay overall, but the customer service still needs work. Poor customer service is a weak point across Haiti, and it felt like that here too. The price was also a bit high. Since the airport is less than five minutes away, they should offer a complimentary ride.

I’ve never stayed at the hotel, but I’ve had my hair done twice at Rosemont beauty salon. I was really impressed by the service and her impeccable work. I got extensions sewn in for a fraction of the price. It’s the best beauty salon in Haiti, highly recommended.

The location is good, right in the center of Delmas, and this could be a great place. But they need to rethink the services and check the room service again.

A nice hotel with good discounts, and they treat everyone equally.
